Much like Nazi Germany our news is always twisted or not reported.
Notice how we hear very little on the nightly news now how all these groups in Libya are continuing to murder people with arms supplied by the West or our murdering innocent civilians with drone attacks is spun.

Quite right, Ted. It is no longer 'news'. libyan rebels do not seem to be doing anything, it is all Gov. forces which are killing and destroying. Rebels must be playing scrabble all day and only come out once a day to satisfy western media on the 'latest'. But we had the same in Iraq and Ifghanistan.. Only when a leak of pictures comes out, politicians are 'shocked' and rightly so, with not even thank you but trying to catch those who were moral enough to show the world the war is evil; and it perverts and destroys the humanity in our young men who are pushed to the limit in fighting an unjust war.

In our Collective Wisdom, "Modern" People increasingly don't SUBSCRIBE to meaningful Newspapers and Journals, which are becoming ever more expensive, thinner, and indeed somewhat "depleted" ...

You're looking at propaganda from the wrong country. The United States of America ranks 47th for press freedom, between Taiwan and Argentina! Instead, choose from free-press countries.

RankCountryScore
1 Finland -10,00
- Norway -10,00
3 Estonia -9,00
- Netherlands -9,00
5 Austria -8,00
6 Iceland -7,00

8 Switzerland -6,20
9 Cape Verde -6,00
10 Canada -5,67

Civil libertarians protest!

Reporters Without Borders is deeply concerned with the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act of 2011 (CISPA), the cyber security bill now before the US Congress.

In the name of the war on cyber crime, it would allow the government and private companies to deploy draconian measures to monitor, even censor, the Web.

teilhard:

I recently scanned my hard drive for viruses. And my newly-installed scanning software found a Trojan in a pdf file in my mail downloads folder! Fortunately, my system checks showed that it had not been activated. So I deleted it without incident.
