One might say he was not always 'fair nor balanced' but he ALWAYS was fascinating, provocative and searing!


Johnny Carson...in his bits,"You know your having a bad day...." and added..."when Mike Wallace appears at your door" was right on target.

and for further clarification I am not protecting Obama and blaming Bush.  The entire political process is nothing more than a boondoggle and pay for play.   Not only has it been going on for a long time but has achieved epic levels and will get worse with each succeeding presidency.

Any interview conducted by Mike Wallace was always worth viewing. He was never one to pull his punches and he was never afraid to ask the tough questions. RIP, Mike.
