This is a good sign and a good thing. Maybe the PA will eventually be able to transform itself from a kleptocracy to an actual representative government.

I'm sure they can, and this is exactly the sort of effort that should be widely publicized and commended by Western and Israeli media, as well as Arab media. credit MUSt be given when and where it is due. Ken
