I wonder how much it cost everyone involved to come to this moment of common sense?

Take the kids to McDonald's and tell them not to eat the toy.

The real problem are the lazy azz parents that want legislature to parent for them...and apparently taking freedoms away from others is the way they want to accomplish this.

DON'T FEED YOUR CHILD HAPPY MEALS IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO EAT THEM! In other words, BE A PARENT!

Druac,

Go to the article and read it. You have summed it up correctly. There's even a poll at the bottom that supports your thinking. Good for you.

Nobody is forcing you to take your kids to Mickey-D's, cat.  Nor was any of the complainants forced to take their kids to Mickey-D's, nor were any forced to buy Happy Meals against their wills.  I hope the judge forced these idiots to pay all the court costs for this frivolous lawsuit...

Don't give those idjits in DC any ideas.  Next, they'll be suing McNasty's for NOT putting a warning, "Don't eat the toy," on their Happy Meal boxes...
