I think that's a generalization, but unfortunately we see so much denial and censorship coming from that quarter that one might get the impression that all Muslims have an aversion to introspection. |

You're hurting the claim that discussing Arab anti-Jewish sentiment on MENP is blocked. Clearly, there is nothing stopping it. Some Jewish introspection might have helped. There is no viable way to 'squelch' discussion of terrorism done in the name of Islam. Obviously, self proclaimed radical islamist terorists take great pride in claiming that their actions are not only done on behalf of Islam, but also are sanctioned by Islam. Now most Muslims do NOT buy into this at all! And this should be obvious also. However, calling terrorists what they call themselves is hardly something to be prevented. And it certainly should not be pevented here! And to reinforce a comment just made, introspection is always a good idea, particularly before posting any political opinion for all to see. Ken

Yes, Ken, there is a way to squelch discussion of terrorism in the name of Islam. Appoint leaders who support or ignore such terrorism. We see lots of examples of that in all walks of life. Not only in the Middle East.
