As I understand it, HE was North African and regarded the North African (French) Soldiers as Traitors of some Kind ...


But ... Indeed, he did NOT apparently just randomly kill, but SPECIFICALLY went after particular SELECTED Targets ... INCLUDING specifically "Jewish" Children ...
