What a delusional perspective, Bob - this Gosselin guy certainly needs to get an own life...

The reason why German energy companies are required to collect energy consumption per household is easy: to promote accountability and transparency in the bills these companies write to their customers. As we all know, if you live in a house with, say, thirty apartments, the bill is split by thirty, and an individual who saved energy will pay just as much as an individual who wasted it. That's highly unfair, and it promotes waste. Socialism of the dysfunctional kind.

To call this step towards inividualism "government terror" is hilarious!

How mean-spirited must one be for doing so, I wonder?
