Well, mine is 3 full days, but that one deserves repeating!  3 day work weeks are awesome!

I'm thankful...

1.) to be alive;

2.) to be employed;

3.) to be able to put food on my table and keep a roof over my head;

4.) for having the privilege to live in a country that still affords us many freedoms;

5.) for my faith, family and friends;

6.) for living in an era of cutting edge technology and where the future, although at times may seem scary also seems full of wonder and possibilities.

I'm thankful that my best friend who ended up in the hospital on Friday is okay.

I'm thankful that I got to spend some quality time with my family this weekend.

I'm thankful for my wife and kids and grandchild.

I'm thankful I've always had a nice place to sleep and plenty of food on the table and family and friends about me no matter how bad it got.

I'm thankful I'm a teacher and I have good kids to teach - even if those same kids can be exasperating at times.

I'm thankful I'm an American.

I'm thankful for my creation and for the LORD who saved me.

I'm thankful for waking up. Then I'm thankful for my feet touching the floor. Then I'm thankful for the opportunity to go about my personal appointed daily task.

From that point onward, no one can hold me back. Can you "Feel Me?"

It's like a PC computer: It wakes up and checks for the basics (are you alive?).

Then we choose where we go today.

I'm thankful to be alive. The rest are just blessings.

Thanx,

Ur2

Health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die.

I'm very thankful for sometime off work(even if it is without pay) I just needed a break from the everyday routine of law enforcement.also that my days are spent doing just what I want, being quiet spending time reading scripture and listening to God waiting for directions about what path to take next. that is what I'm really thankful for my relationship with God

Good Idea! :)

Today, and every day, I am particularly thankful I have found my dream job (going on 2 years now, found it in Feb of 2008 after being laid off of a job I didn't really like but had for 9 years...whew!). How many people can actually say they are working for a living doing their hobby? I feel very fortunate in this time to have the perfect job.

I actually am lucky enough to say that too... I get to be a massage therapist, which is wonderful!

Coolness. I don't know about giving them, but I sure like getting them! :)

My official title is Webmaster, which was my hobby for 10 years while I was a Programmer. I actually do all things IT at our company as well as Web Properties Administration (webmaster) for our clients and our own sites. I ran my own web servers, email servers, etc. for that time as a hobby (mostly hosting gaming sites and online gaming competition ladders that I developed), which down the road turned into a side business and later allowed me to switch careers from boring Programmer to Webmaster.

I'm grateful for the fingers I have that enable me to write this note. I'm grateful for being able to see out my window to watch a bird eat. I'm thankful to have my best friend near.
