I'm willing to give benefit of the doubt and say that his eyes could be looking toward her feet.
Why does he need the benefit of a doubt?Since when is it a crime for a man to notice attractive features of a woman?Or,for the ladies,vice versa?Now if he were checking out Helen Thomas's backside.......

Actually in the picture it looks very clear to me, that Froggy is actually lookin' and laughin' at lusty obama boy! I've often wondered how well and for how long obama will be able to handle all the affection found in obamamania. This is not looking like a great indicator.
