China has "taken up management of YouTube according to the laws".In other words it has shut down the site because of a video showing PRC police beating up Tibetens protesting for autonomy.Of course, the video could be interpreted as supporting "splitists" which is a clear violation of PRC law.Beijing always seems to refer to the law when doing something which disgusts those who take human rights seriously.

Many countries are established by Laws that fit into their social governing style and preference.  Though, China has progressed into one of the world's leaders of today, I think they may grapple with many things in the past.  Surely, they will receive more scrutiny on the world's staged forefront.  Freedom of religious preference and human rights within society may be issues that will either command growth in these areas of development, or inhibit further growth to it's potential.  It is said that China is mostly a communist form of government, eventhough, they have enticed world buyers to it's nation and appeared quite 'diverse' in production, supply and cost effectiveness.  The values of humanity is something that cannot be ignored within a society,  if a nation truly seeks it's potentiality and well being as a whole entity.  Time will tell where China leads in the future...and I hope it is Good for everyone.
