This commentary is dead on, and reflects EXACTLY what I've observed in the arena of Climate Change.

While I'm sure Charik will say it's easy to fool a fool, just write something that agrees with what he already believes, .. the things that are written are true, and thus one has to ask ... coincidence??? ... or not.

There is no doubt:

- CO2 is poorly correlated with temperature.
- Higher resolution studies show CO2 lags temp changes.
- Most solar studies show a higher correlation than those presented by the alarmist crowds.
- ALARMIST ARE PUSHING REAL HARD TO GET LEGISLATION PASSED ... BEFORE THEIR WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY SHUTS!

The guy who wrote your article is an economist and obviously interested in politics.

The decisions he makes about which scientists he believes do not seem to be related to scientific merit at all.
