I was for us getting out three years ago after the Obama Administration lowered its expectations on Afghanistan becoming both democratic AND stable.

Karzai:  Obama and the Taliban are in cahoots...


So why such an idiotic ploy from the Afghan leader in Kabul?

Karzai's got good reason to worry -- he's dead meat when the US and NATO finally withdraw.


He's sure got a funny way of asking for protection tho...

I don't feel sorry for Kirzai at all. I do feel sorry for Afghan women. But I feel the sorriest for all the American, and NATO men and women who have died or been mained in that cess pit of a country we should have long been out of and done with.

Ken, I am guessing most Americans would feel the same way.


Pity that in a Democracy people do not have a choice to vote for what they really want ..


same here, same in all 'free'-countries. 


Withrawal? All i've been reading lately is indefinte stay....
