Eek!  I may be a blabbermouth, but I think Wgal's gonna take me down!
Dark Energy. It can be found in the observable Universe. Found in ratios of 75% more than any other substance. Dark Energy. It can be found in religious extremists, in cheerleaders. To come to the conclusion that Dark signifies mean and malevolent would define 75% of the Universe as an evil force. Alternatively, to think that some cheerleaders don't have razors in their snatch is to be foolishly unarmed.

ptbc,

I'm sure that you have already figured this out, but scroll down on any thread or message page, left bottom, under Posting Rules, click on vB code and you will get a big long list of "how to's".  I printed it off because I have to have it under my nose.  I printed off the Smilies also.

Ok, I'm here and my profile is up. What's the deal? No HTML no links? Let's see...

Try this here.

Hi ya Catboxer, nope, no more html code format. Instead it's another code system.
So instead of using the < & > you have to use the [ & ] brackets or whatever they're called.

If you use the "Quote" reply option, it automatically puts the poster's comments into a quote bracket format.
As for bold-face or italics or underline, ya just have to click on the characters
on top of the reply box where you can also choose your preferred font-type, size, & color too
without having to type in the or tag line.

Have fun exploring the new Bnet Land. :)

Well it's brand spanking new and I like it but it will take a little getting used to.  I've added enough things about me on my profile so I don't have to deal with all those crazy ideas people have about me.  And perhaps Whirlinggal will add some of her own so people don't confuse me with her either(although I kind of like the comparison).  It will be lots of fun to read profiles and see if people are who they say they are.  One thing you'll have to know if you are looking for a picture of me on my profile you are out of luck, I avoid cameras like the plague.  I have added a picture of my work since several people have asked me about it.

Great to see many of my pals already here(I'll have to go look at profiles) and Steve I've seen your picture and you are certainly not ugly!

Hey everyone!

I've been lurking around the old beliefnet forums for awhile, and I've decided, with the new Beliefnet, I finally want to start getting involved. I'm a 21-year-old college student (graduating this semester, yay!), studying to be a social worker. Can't wait to meet some of you!

OK so this is lots of fun, but I sorta see a cloud in the silver lining.  Now that we can see pictures and know so much about each other what are we going to do about this quibbling?  Myself if I see an angelic face on the other side of those words it might just make me have to be nice all the time.  Perhaps that is a good thing?

BTW, ALL of your pictures and profiles are great.  Makes me understand why I come back here all the time.

Social Work, now that's hard.  Gotta admire you

Welcome, earthintruder.  I agree with SG; I could never be a social worker.  My best wishes for you and your clients.  You will be providing a great service.

I'll update my profile sometime soon.  I haven't seen everybody yet that I'm become used to talking to.
