Hey, MC, is your neck any better? I am sure that you have tried your local Goodwill or other thrift store, but in case you haven't, that's an idea too. Another idea is if you have a local college or university, at the end of semester people sell off their stuff for cheap.

My neck is feeling better, my legs are killing me. I know, I know. I am falling apart. I need a new mattress as well. I am one of those people who does best on a padded rock. My mattress has sunk in the middle.


I just put a board in there and padded it to help me sleep with out agony. we shall see. :))Tongue Out

Try sleeping on the floor. Seriously, if you like a hard mattress it might help.

To come to the conclusion that Dark signifies mean and malevolent would define 75% of the Universe as an evil force. I've found that when I sleep on the floor, I don't have that far to fall when I roll out of bed. Tongue Out

During my rebel teenage years I slept on one mattress on the floor. Never had any back trouble. But discover getting up was heck. :))

LOL!  Yeah, particularly depending on how many empty tequila bottles are laying there beside me.  >Not really, just one of those straying, errant thoughts<

MC, I don't know if you wear glasses or not, but I have a pair of computer glasses now and they help, too. I was tipping my head back with the bifocals.

Hmph!  I'm blind as a bat.  Without my glasses, I can't see beyond my elbow, clearly.  If I were to wear computer glasses, I couldn't see anything else in the room - and with my office, that can be scary!
