I am surprised. Every day.

I am surprised by the beauty of the day, and the wonder that is life.

I am also surprised by the little bag that some people seem to want to put it in.

Yesterday, in America, 100 million gun owners did nothing.

Me too :)

A tyrant must put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion. Subjects are less apprehensive of illegal treatment from a ruler whom they consider god-fearing and pious. On the other hand, they do less easily move against him, believing that he has the gods on his side. Aristotle

Hows about those of us who don't care for Romney's politics, regardless of his religion?

That would definitely include me.

Sacrificalgoddess, there will always be  the poor among us! It has been so since the beginning of time.....and no one person or organization can resolve the problem. It is however an opportunity for those who have, to give to those who have not.....but that is a choice, not something that government should be enforcing through robbing the rich to pay the poor!

If there are still poor, then there are not enough services to care for the poor. And no one wants to rob the rich. We just want the rich to pay their fair percentage.

What does it have to do with religious tolerance.....a lot! Mitt Romney has been maligned for his religious beliefs with little knowledge or understanding of what his religion is or what it teaches! Instead the Left chooses to mock, criticize or call "Mormonism" a cult, which has no evidence of such being true!!! Like the poor among us, there will always be religious intolerance in the world....it has been such since the beginning of time. Where The Church of Jesus Christ has been upon the earth, there have been those who choose to belittle, tell falsehoods, and mock it's teachings or deny that they ever were, by referring to the Bible as a "Story Book" of fiction!

I can accept this fact, and have no problem accepting that intolerance will always exist as long as there is lack of knowledge and understanding of the true facts! That people disagree with teachings is one thing, but to go on the attack viciously and ignorantly will in the end bring a judgement by God upon them....whether it be simply denying them the blessings that come from following the Light of Christ, or they never find the peace and comfort in the world that is possible and available to all who seek it..........we can continue to do things "our way" but eventually our Eternal Father's way will be required of those who desire peace and happiness eternally beyond the grave!

I don't give two cents whether Romney is Mormon, or Catholic, or Rasifarian. It doesn't matter. And honestly, he wouldn't be considered the front runner if it mattered to anyone else, either. I am told that most people who don't like Romney don't like his politics (Me) or don't like him personally (many of the other candidates, apparently). Nothing to do with his religious beliefs. Huntsman ran this go around as well, you know. Didn't get much of a following, but again, nothing to do with his beliefs.

So what does this have to do with Religous Tolerance?  Mod?  Can I get a move to the politics board, please?

Dark Energy. It can be found in the observable Universe. Found in ratios of 75% more than any other substance. Dark Energy. It can be found in religious extremists, in cheerleaders. To come to the conclusion that Dark signifies mean and malevolent would define 75% of the Universe as an evil force. Alternatively, to think that some cheerleaders don't have razors in their snatch is to be foolishly unarmed.

Yes it needs to be moved to the politics board. I don't give a flying (-------) what romney religiously is. I don't like his ideas or politics.

Yup, this thread was begun as a thinly veiled political ad.
