Hi, I am new to this site and looking forward to a getting to know you all and having a dialogue on faith and spirituality. My belief is that there is no right or wrong religion, and that religions only get a bad "rap" when people twist it to suit their own selfish needs and goals. I've seen quotes from a variety of holy books taken out of context to make an erroneous point, and it saddens me when this happens. My wish and prayer is that we will all learn to appreciate each other, love each other as fellow humans, and be grateful to God, the universal power or whatever you wish to call that which we really cannot conceive.
