Hello, I am carrying out my MSc research in religious / spiritual belief and coping. I am looking at how beliefs help in difficult times, and am trying to get as wide a range of experiences as possible.
I aim to understand the role of beliefs in our lives and how we use them in our minds. I hope to reveal themes and experiences that might be common to many people, and understand the effect belief systems might have in dealing with difficult experiences. I feel this has valuable lessons for counsellors and therapists, but you do not need to have been in therapy to participate.
My goal is to make a difference, and I need YOUR help to make that happen.
