Dark Energy. It can be found in the observable Universe. Found in ratios of 75% more than any other substance. Dark Energy. It can be found in religious extremists, in cheerleaders. To come to the conclusion that Dark signifies mean and malevolent would define 75% of the Universe as an evil force. Alternatively, to think that some cheerleaders don't have razors in their snatch is to be foolishly unarmed.

Ah, Hex. Goulash and Pilsner. Lovely combo. I like mine mit limon. I am not a big pilsner fan but it does very well with some dishes.
'Tantric Yoga' is lovely. I have got to get some of these printed off so I can really study the detail. I will only do that with the ones you have posted here and other places on the forum. They are your property and I do respect that. |

Psst... Psst... Hey now that I got ya all loosened up with that pilsner let me tall ya about... Tantric Yoga...][/QUOTE]Ummm.... let's forget the Pilsner and I'll pass on the Yoga... but the Hungarian Goulash... oh, man... it's been years since I've sat down and had a good bowl of that. I liked it with the big chunks of meat and the little dots of grease floating on top!! The Americans can have their chili. Give me goulash any day! "Hail, oh hail, the goulash bowl, served with spoon and yeasty roll; Not too thick and not too thin, last I had was in Berlin!" |

I make goulash fairly often, only looking at the recipes on Wikipedia, I really make Mock Goulash. Got to love that Hot Paprika!

Oh IP you aren't the only one that hungry now! The other thing I really miss is French Onion soup. There was a great little place in Landsthul that made some of the best I've ever had. We called it cheese ball soup. I'm salivating. :D

Oh, yeah. Germany and the food. I remember the French onion soup, too. Thick and rich, not like what comes in the cans at our grocery stores. I think some of the best goulash soup I ever ate was at the bottom of the mountain going up to one of King Ludwig's castles in Bertchesgaden. You could hire a horse and cart if you didn't feel like walking all that way and there was a guesthouse there that was fantastic. Or, maybe I was just hungry after the hike back down. |

That's the way I make it only NO tomatoes or tomato paste, I don't use chicken stock and I do add vegetables, like carrots, celery potatoes or others - it has to have the onions. I don't use bones (hardly ever have them) which is what makes it Mock Goulash. I might use a bit more paprika than they do - I never measure but it is always spicy. Oh. I probably use more because I make more than that. You can splash a little wine in there at the end too.
