Dark Energy. It can be found in the observable Universe. Found in ratios of 75% more than any other substance. Dark Energy. It can be found in religious extremists, in cheerleaders. To come to the conclusion that Dark signifies mean and malevolent would define 75% of the Universe as an evil force. Alternatively, to think that some cheerleaders don't have razors in their snatch is to be foolishly unarmed.
So, what is a Monist?
Specifically, a neutral Monist. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monism - Under the heading "Philosophical Monism" BTW, Pantheism is type of monism, but neutral Monists are more open-minded. lol. |

How are they more open minded?
How are they more open minded?
More agnostic – more ontologically lackadaisical - less inclined to hubris and anthropomorphism - that sort of thing. I.e., those individuals who identify as a “pantheist” tend to intuit the absolute or ultimate reality in terms of the image of mind, consciousness, conscious awareness, acting with intention, understanding and planning and purposeful acting with intention or goal - that sort of thing. Neutral monists? – eh, not so much. We tend to see existence as a more naturalistic and deterministic rollout of the many from the One, more organic like the opening of a flower rather than a person designing a watch, a kitchen cabinet, a jet engine, etc. If there actually IS a master plan and ultimate goal to all the drama, then it seems rather hidden, and thus rather supererogatory for MY plans for the rest of the day, and the rest of my life. You make your own call. Something like that. |
