For me the one true religion is ordinary goodness. If I was made to choose between the demands of goodness, which I believe everyone truly knows in their heart, and the demands of my religion I would choose goodness. Happily I have never had to choose. Largely free of dogma and creed I am free to do the good I am capable of and grow as a human being with the support of a helpful and open-minded spiritual community.

Good for you! I don't know that much about Quakers, but what little I know is very commendable. I too think many religions completely miss the point when they choose dogma or goodness, the Church over doing the right thing, and religion over human beings.
Tribalism, ethnocentricism, racism, nationalism, and FEAR is the Mind Killer... >:(
