Gluten is on the minds of many people these days. People suffering from Celiac disease need tobe concerned about it. Many others worry and fret for good and bad reasons. But it looks like there may be help coming soon. And that is good news for the people who really need to worry as well as the people who just worry.

Experts who attended the conference said there was a technological and scientific feasibility to promoting the invention and that if it succeeds it could dramatically change the lives of tens of millions of celiac patients worldwide.
