What makes you think that all people who do NOT believe in the Bible are "unbelievers"? Pretty damn arrogant of you.

They don't have a workable scientific definition of "kinds" either ... and they probably think Biblical "kinds" is more idiotic than the "atheists" do.

Maybe you're a closet evo.
There are three sides to every story: your side, my side, and the truth.
God is just a personification of reality, of pure objectivity. |

Second, unbelievers can certainly discern the words of the Bible. They are the same ideas that you'd find in all religious literature. There are patterns and ideas that repeat. A good study of theology will uncover them all. And even if it takes a strong mystical experience to understand them on a deeper level, unbelievers have those experiences, too. Their minds interpret them differently than yours would, but the experiences themselves are the same. Our brains are all wired alike.

2. Lots of us are not 'unbelievers' ( a propaganda word if I ever heard one ). 3. If by `spiritually discern the miraculous words of the bible`you mean 'agree with you in every particular of your interpretation of the meaning of the bible' then probably not, and your definition is both incredibly self-serving and totally irrelevant. 4. Significant numbers of us are still waiting for anyone on the anti-evolution side of the debate to show that the bible has any relevance or accuracy.

What's to refute? You were blithering along about some sort of interpertation of your cultic writings, which have been repeatedly demonstrated to be higly suspect when it comes to any sort of real world accuracy, failing most of the tests of veracity that have been applied. The post is poorly organized, lacks coherence, and is rife with assumptions and unfounded claims. It's so much of a mess it would be hard to critique because just about anything that could be understood is clearly invalid. If that makes you think you've won, your argument is in real trouble.

Bullshit. Your 'God' is a Johnny-come-lately with the morals and sophistication of a spoiled four year old.
