You mean 57 was merely trying to derail the thread with one of his standard "arguments" from personal incredulity and willful scientific ignorance?

Why I'm shocked. Shocked, I tell you. [/sarcasm]

Apologies for helping him do it by responding to his off topic post.

Don't worry about it. I expected the Creationists to have a go at derailing the thread. They seem to be allergic to normal science.

In all fairness to 57, he does appear to have descended from a line with smaller than average brain cavities.

"But..but...those primitive descendants of our are supposed to have smaller brain cavities."

Perhaps you should learn the difference between "ancestor" and "decendant".

God knows you never learned what the Theory of Evolution is.............

It appears humans would "shape shift" ...if they lived as old as those lived in early biblical times.

There is no evidence of this and this comment is a non sequitur.

If only you had evidence for that. Too bad those baby Neanderthals contradict you.

Show me a picture of a baby Neanderthal with all the features...you know, protruding brow...

..or retract your statement.

Oh, wow.

Didn't you try this ridiculous "criticism" recently?

Why are you so stuck on brow ridges on Neanderthal babies? You DO realize that adult organisms very often are physically quite different from infant organisms, don't you?

Further, did you forget about these citations I provided for Neanderthal children:

www.paleoanthro.org/journal/content/PA20...

johnhawks.net/weblog/reviews/neandertals...

From this blog: "Excavations by Golanova and colleagues have recovered two burials of young children from this site. One of them (Mez 1) has been the subject of much research. Based on some skeletal features and a partial sequence of its genome, the skeleton is a Neandertal child."

In your expert opinion, is genomic evidence as valid as "picture[s] of a baby Neanderthal with all the features...you know, protruding brow"

Do you just conveniently forget this "kind" of information ... or do you consciously ignore it?

BTW, you DO know that it was NOT possible to take photos of baby Neanderthal, don't you? Photography wasn't invented until early in the 19th century, some 25,000 years after Nenaderthal went extinct.

In fact, it's our ancestors who were a bit different. Who knows what our descendants will be.

those primitive descendants of our are supposed to have smaller brain cavities.

So when you researched this question on the net - avoiding those notoriously dishonest creos sites of course - what did you find was the answer to your question?
