Switch to Forum Live View Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

I have bounced back and forth with depression and found that meditation seems to be the one consistent thing which helps me move past the blinding. I've heard of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and wondered if anyone has tried this before. If not what helps you become more balanced and out of the immediacy of strong emotions?
