I have been doing research on the Religious Society of Friends.  We have a meeting house not far from my home.  My question is, do conservative Friends and liberal Friends attend the same meeting house? I am not sure how this works.  Any help anyone can offer is very much appreciated.

No and yes.  Generally each Meeting is affiliated with one sort of Friends (except for some parts of the world where there are not groupings so divided).  But the individuals who attend a Meeting often vary a lot in their approach, and there are not a lot of areas where there are meetings of both affiliations so you get, for example, Conservative-type Friends who attend a liberal Meeting because that's all that's available to them.  And there are some meetings affiliated with Conservative yearly meetings which are basically liberal in character.  So on the ground it does not look so neatly divided as it does in charts of meetings.
