So I just recently read some information on what Quakers believe and realized it is mostly everything that I personally believe as well! Can anyone give me more information on the faith?

Read up on it. See the articles at QuakerInfo.com - http://www.quakerinfo.com/ - and the resources page that lists important resources at other sites as well - http://www.quakerinfo.com/quaker.shtml Also see the books featured there. If you want a serious, in-depth introduction, read A Living Faith by Wilmer Cooper - http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/ … infocom-20
Please understand. Quakerism is hundreds of years old, and is non-hierarchical, decentralized and non-creedal. Different groups of Quakers have gone in different directions over that time, and Quakers are now spread over an enormous spectrum. If you really like Quakers at one point on the spectrum, there are likely to be other places on the spectrum where you don't fit. |

Probably more information than needed but, here's a link to some evangelical (orthodox) Quaker beliefs: http://www.friendschurchsw.org/uploads/faithpractice.pdf
