User, the same argument you make about biology can easily be used by women to assert their 'special' rights.  Men do not carry fetuses, their bodies do not undergo the massive changes that pregnancy causes, and therefore, they do not have the same right to end a pregnancy that a female does.

In either case, the right and responsibility to continue or to end a pregnancy belongs to the one who is enduring it.
