In my opinion the death penalty should be allowed and enforced in every state. I am tired of paying taxes to feed, cloth, house...etc for people who commit and are convicted of hateful crimes such as rape, murder, molestion, child pornography, major drug dealers of herion, cocaine, meth..etc..the major hard drugs; where children are directly involved, living in the conditions of the dealer, being around the illegal deals, any of the five senses.they should be pentalized as well.
