The death penalty can go either way truthfully - it can be a good thing and a bad thing. On the good side of the death penatly it brings closure to the families that had suffered a loss. I think they could improve the death penalty. I think how the murderer killed his victim is how he should be killed. Eye for an Eye, an Arm for an Arm. Now the bad side to the death penalty. We could send someone to be killed who has never murdered someone in their life. Then later on evidence would come up and show that person wasn't the murder. The law system is okay, but they do make those slip-ups - more then once.

What are your thoughts?

So, you believe that someone who was wrongfully convicted for the rape, torture, and murder of someone should be raped, tortured, and murdered? If there are wrongful convictions, execution shouldn't even be on the table, let alone be even more gruesome (which, by the way, would be considered cruel and unusual punishment by law).
