Oh, don't I wish I knew someone that lived there, so I could email and ask them to join that gaming exchange. That town name win's the whole shebang.

Don't forget Intercourse, Penn.
Democrats think the glass is half full. Republicans think the glass is theirs. Libertarians want to break the glass, because they think a conspiracy created it.

link A gamer living in Fort Gay, WV, was banned from XBox Live over stating the name of his town in his profile, as people from the online gaming exchange did not recognize the town as real and thus assumed that he was attempting to use a slur. It wasn't until after several calls to Microsoft and a public statement issued by the mayor hit the media that someone from Microsoft's higher ranks got involved and got the guy's account reinstated. According to Microsoft, the ban was put in place because, due to a series of slurs and hostile comments, any words relating to homosexuality have been banned regardless of context; although the ban was lifted a few weeks back, apparently some of Live's moderators missed the memo. And this, folks, is why business classes are now pushing geography as part of the education.
