I of course knew that he was famous for chanelling methods by which sick folks could be healed/cured, but I was not aware that he was a "remote" healer, as I know the term. So perhaps I should explain the term, as I know it.

The concept of hands on healing is well known, and a remote healer does the same, except the patient is remote. the process is done consciously, and certainly in my case I can feel the healing energy depart. I do not know where the patient is, and need not know what healing has been effected. All that is required on my part is a willingness to channel the healing, and a heart based connection to the person. On their part, it requires an openness to healing, and I suspect a belief in God. They do not have to be conscious, and in two cases recently I channeled healing to patients in a coma. Both recovered, although I certainly cannot claim to have been responsible. But when the first patient did not recover in a few days, I was quite upset. But I should not have been, it's not up to me. But you can't help but want a cure.

Reading that Wiki article it again seems to confirm he was doing diagnosis, not the actual cure? I can also see why his work has not come my way. I would still find too much to disagree with, and would in essence dismiss his work as having been overly influenced by spirits that are not sufficiently evolved.

I don't think he was thoroughly convinced of reincarnation.

He felt his gift came from a higher power.

Yes I certainly know of him. Actually its intriguing that I have not found some of his stuff in front of me, somewhere, but there you go, I have not.

Back in the very late 60's my first exposure to being out of the box (religious upbringing) was being introduced to Edgar Cayce books by a mechanic at Braniff Airways where I was the clerk (secretary) for two different maintenance departments.  I remember reading a few books, but with a very much a wait and see attitude due to my upbringing. Cayce certainly didn't start out believing in reincarnation being raised a devote Christian.

May not be the best place to start, but general information can be found.

NothingButLove, I appreciate your compassion.

May I assume that you are, as am I, a devotee of Edgar Cayce?

Funny enough no, I am not. He is one fellow whose works I have not read. Early on in my path I decided not to read folks who support reincarnation, and although I am no longer that bothered, and do read works where the writer has that belief, I just have not had his stuff turn up in front of me.

Dear Terioptic,

You are most welcome, and i included your friend in my prayers. I am a remote healer, and could feel that she is open to healing.

With your permission, I had forwarded your video to several friends.

One of whom I just recieved a call  from this morning.

. She is a cancer survivor, has had a triple by-pass & is now having severe heart problems again. She has been deeply depressed & under a lot of stress.

She said how inspiring & uplifting the video was & how it gave her hope.

Thank you again for something so beautiful, knowing it has  truly touched someone.

Thank you Stardove and Terioptic for your kind words. I do not consider myself a channeler, but I am sure I channeled that, it came so fast, I did not stop to think. And six years later, it still affects me deeply. I just made the video, but I had it as text for the previous years. The photos are a mix of Hawaii and the Lakes just north of where I live in Aus.

I have been given songs the same way.  The words come so quickly I can hardly keep up with what I am hearing.  To me these songs are gifts from Spirit.
