Hi, I was just reading my parish's profile online, and the document said we are a "pastoral church" rather than a "program church." I'm not sure what that means, in the church world. Can someone explain?

I think the list of categories is:

Corporate
Program
Pastoral
Family

All based on the size of the congregation. I'll leave it to others to give the very broad details of each. :)
