i remember reading about a survey taken a few years ago, in which a sampling of women were asked to make a choice between: a) Fantastic, mind-blowing orgasmatron sex every day for a month with the hunk-du-jour of Hollywood. b) A one-time 1000-buck bonus at work. Over 80% of the women took the money. i seriously doubt that if the gender of the respondents was changed, that men would opt more for the dough than the sex. Warmest regards- Hatman

When I read this I think two things. One I think there is no way on earth that even one of those 80%women have ever had mind blowing orgasmic sex with a man. A month of it –all my God, I get dizzy just thinking about it. With that type of month you would be smiling and nothing would bother you.   Second I think who cares what the guy looks like if he can do that to you.

That is ridiculous, are you sure it was not 1 million dollars?  Sad

Mea culpa, you're quite right. She was a remarkable woman in many ways and not at all prudish about sexuality (the story that she refused to sign the Sexual Offences Act is a myth, the Cabinet were too embaressed to present it to her).

Sex is better than money ...unless you use dollars on the bed...then they are both great together.

If you're a man, money will get you sex a whole lot faster than sex will get you money.

If you're a woman, it's probably the other way around.

Democrats think the glass is half full.
Republicans think the glass is theirs.
Libertarians want to break the glass, because they think a conspiracy created it.

I remember how upset I was around 15 years ago-- I'd been dreaming that Sean Connery at his peak wanted sex and I had just asked him if we couldn't just sleep instead...then the alarm went off.

perhaps those 80 % who chose the money were sleep deprived, ashamed of their bodies, didn't want to break up their marriages, etc.

The survey only asked which they would chose, not the reasons they made that choice.

"You are letting your opinion be colored by facts again."
'When I want your opinion, I'll give it to you."
these are both from my father.

Yet you seem to think they are "not okay" somehow. Why is that?

Sex is overrated. Money is, too - but then, women generally have less money than men do.

When you have daily sex, your brain cannot work as it should.

It's a drug, and like any other opiate, it brings you out of balance.

tl;dr
