It might no longer be a hot topic, but why must Americans be so obsessed with sex? Maybe professionalism and maturity about the body should be encouraged. Rather than banning reporters of the opposite sex (which is discriminatory against the homosexual population that is just as likely to be an athlete on the team) from the locker rooms, why not simply not giggle about being able to see people naked? You know what I do for a living? Deal with naked people all day. I'm a nurse. I dress them, bathe them and everything else. The concepts of isolating the sexes from each other should have been tossed out at the start of the modern era. This is the twenty first century. Surely we can simply all behave in a manner appropriate to our ages?
The dwarves of yore made mighty spells,
While hammers fell like ringing bells In places deep, where dark things sleep, In hollow halls beneath the fells. For ancient king and elvish lord There many a gloaming golden hoard They shaped and wrought, and light they caught To hide in gems on hilt of sword. - J.R.R. Tolkien |

I have no idea what the obsession with sexuality is in the USA. I doubt normal people without some kind of mental disorder, think about sex except when in their own private moments, and/or with the person they love or are attracked too. Of course that does not apply to teenagers who are hormone infused wackos (I meant that in a nice way). But then what do I know. Human beings are nothing more then animals. And many appear not to be striving to be anything, but the basest they can muster. I know, (with the exception of coming here, or fighting for civil rights) I never think about anyone else's sex life. Never. Not ever. Actually I don't think about other peoples sex lives even then. Just that idiots are discriminating against people, because these idiots do seem to think about other peoples sex lives.
A tyrant must put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion. Subjects are less apprehensive of illegal treatment from a ruler whom they consider god-fearing and pious. On the other hand, they do less easily move against him, believing that he has the gods on his side. Aristotle
