I'm surprised no one has brought this up.

Here's the story.

Synopsis: George Rekers went to rentboy.com and "rented" a male escort for a 10 day European trip. Rekers has spend a considerable amount of time and effort to put up a facade of being anti-homosexual. He has claimed that homosexuality can be "cured" and made various other homophobic remarks.

This is just another example of hilarious hypocrisy coming from this so called "family research council." It is also further proof that those that are rabidly anti-gay in public are homosexuals in private.

I believe the homophobes have learned to keep quiet about these things. All their arguments have failed and they just sit quietly in the corner and hate.

He's not a "politican" Karbie but an "expert" on being "Anti-Gay."  No, sorry, he's really just a fraud plain & simple.

This man pretends that he knows the "real deal" and is an expert "witness" in testifiying to quite a few States that are looking to pass laws [read as Anti-Gay measures] to NOT allow either single Gay people or Gay couples to adopt children.  He's claimed that it "harms" children, that it corrupts them, that it can [heaven's to betsy!] turn some of them Gay even!
He is also [of course] against Same Sex Marriage.
He also has an organization where he claims that he can "cure" Gay people from being Gay.

And really now, his little European Vacation [more over Chevy Chase] with his young "Rentboy" really does prove that old George is right ya think!?

There is no reason to be surprised by this report. Those who are most opposed to various forms of sexuality and sexual behaviours often use their opposition as a means of dealing with their own sexual issues.
