All depends in the way you interpret the bible.  Jesus said nothing about homosexuality at all. And Christian or not. It is no one else's business. Christians that stand with their LGBT cousins are doing the right thing. The moral thing.

Which version of the Bible? Who's interpretation of the Bible?

Christ's ONLY two commandments were to love. And, He said a thing or two about judging others, about the log in your own eye.

One of my favourite passages says, "Call NOTHING that I have created 'unclean'."

Another is that "There is nothing 'unclean' of itself. To him that esteemeth a thing 'unlcean', to him it is unclean. Let EACH be persuaded in their own mind."

Another is the story of the three different types of 'eunuchs'.

If you 'think' we haven't read the Bible, you are seriously mistaken. And, spreading mis-/dis-information like yours does not make for a civilized debate.

If the Bible were clear, there'd be no debate. It isn't, and so there is.

Gosh my last post here was 2 years ago.

There are still trolls who say the same stuff, different year. Like us queers havn't heard or read it endlessly. 

Does not  not change a thing.

One does not need to be christian to be able to read anything, and one does not need to be hetero to bring life into the world.

Having sex with men made me a mother/parent, did not make me hetero. Proved I was a fertile lesbian!

Reading the bible frontwards,  backwards and in 3  languages did not change my sexual/human orientation.

My gender is female.

My sexual/love orientation is  female.

2 years later; after my last post, I married a woman I fell in love with. One does not choose who one falls in love with.

She was certainly startled having been married to a man for almost 30 years. Her ex was not.

Did I marry my sons' father? no. I don't love him that way, he is a friend.  Almost like a big brother.  Certainly not a love interest of mine. He supplied the sperm that met my eggs. Voila!  Took no effort, no wedding. No ring, and no in-laws!

We share 2 teenage sons now, and a step mom, (and dad) , he is gay too, go figure!.  My kids would think somthing was wrong if me and my life partner were not together.

My partner has never read the bible.  She is a scientist and a practicing Buddhist.  For her it is all about facts and practice. 

Something I do not see to much in the bible...or those who actually believe all that stuff.

Me?  I am simply still gay.  A mom. Book or no book, and I gave up christianity long ago.To violent for me.

Reality is real.

Still when I am dead and the ME is weighing my organs the Doc. won't see HOMO stamped on anything, The Doc. will know Human Female.
