Sounds simple delicious. Couscous cooked with OJ is a great idea! Thanks

I love a green salad, ingredients vary, but the kicker is strawberries and almonds!!! I've also used mangos, whichever I can find on sale at the supermarket,,,,topped with a raspberry vinagrette,,,yummm,,,the bit of sweet just kicks it up :) Holly

Try blueberries and pecans or walnuts, too, Holly. I have a great green salad recipe that calls for spinach, asparagus, strawberries of blueberries and walnuts, with a sweet dressing - I use poppy seed usually but a raspberry viniagrette would be fine, also.

It's not EXACTLY a salad, but I have a Mango-Black bean salsa that I make a lot in the summer. It's cool and sweet, and it's great scooped with chips, or served with grilled fish.
Mango Black beans Chopped onion a bit of fresh green hot pepper, chopped very fine Cilantro Blend with a bit of olive oil Add dash of salt and dash of cayanne pepper to taste. Chill before serving. Best made the day before so the flavors meld

Republicans think the glass is theirs. Libertarians want to break the glass, because they think a conspiracy created it. |
