We invite all people to place their attention to their breathing every day at 7pm, for one minute only.
People that focus their attention into the breathing experiment a sense of relaxation. Do you imagine how would be like if at your workplace people get relaxed at the same time??? We do believe that all human acts are interrelated, so therefore a group of people performing that brief meditation at the samte time, will result in positive benefits for the collective behaivor.
