Tim's Great Grandmother was from Germany and she cooked several great dishes for him when he was a child. He has been able to tell me how several of the dishes from his childhood were made. But the one he really would like me to make is a dish called Liver klise ( I know I have mis spelled it but I hope you know what I mean).
So if anyone knows what this is and has a recipe they are willing to share.Please let me know.
