We are  doing yoga for 4 year every day 1 hour only pranayam
like
  1.  Bhastrika Pranayama (5 to 10 min)
  2. kapalbhati(15 to 30 min)
  3. Bahaya Pranayama(10 time)
  4. anulome Vilom(15 to 30 min)
  5. Ujjai Pranayama(10 times)
  6. Bhramari Pranayama(10 times)
