I think you heard this before "You are what you eat" and me also. Eventhough it's right but it's not easy for me to do like that. Not easy to chage our life style but I still try to change something in my life such as I try to eat good food, more exercise,relax,drink a lot of water,decress snack,cake,cookies and junk foods ,decress coffee and alcohol. These are the basic ways to have a good health. I know how hard to say good bye for yummy foods. But I don't want to get sick because of YUMMY.
I want to do the good thing for my life because I think it's not because of for myself but I have to have a long life for whom I love also and how about you? Sometime it looks like a little thing in my life but it's huge thing for whom love me like my mom.
My mom always to be worry about me that she always to ask me"do I have an exercise, did I sleep late last night and the popular question is "do I eat any good foods?"
Many times that I don't understand what did she mean good foods? I alway have foods that I think they're good enough for me.
For me, sure! I love dessert and junk foods but I have to think they're killing me.
Of course! who like to eat the veggie salad and love the taste of nutrition. But before I have them I have to think about " if I have some of them, how they can change me or how will I be good from them. Like "you are what you eat". This is the fact!
It’s not necessary to sabotage my diet plan simply because I am away from home or I don't have a time to cook. But I can choose the ingredient of my foods.
We uaually try to have a good and healthy foods because of we want to stay healthy and far away from any diseases. That's means you can have a long life with whom you love
