Lord God, I surrender my body and my weight loss to Your divine care and love. I ask you to remove all uncecessary and excessive weight  from my body and return my body to its healthy and balanced state. Give me eating habits that support my health and life energy and teach me to love amd care fpr my body from this day forth. Amen
