A new study has shown that the combination of caffeine and glucose can increase brain activity 'and improve cognitive performance in terms of sustained attention and working memory.'

The catch is that the two substances have to be consumed together, in which each one boosts the effect of the other.  But, since most people like to have a sweet roll or pastry with their cup of joe, that shouldn't be too hard.

Include some Dark Chocolate, and only "Kryptonite" will slow you down ...

Miss the Dunkin Donuts closer to my former home. No wonder we had such good discussions there.

If this were true then cops would be the smartest people in the world. Obviously, they're not.

On rare occasions---say, in an emergency, or once every 5-10 years or so---a diet of caffeine and sugar won't have much of a deleterious effect upon health.  And that cigarette afterwards!  Yum, right?

Pass a kidney stone(caffeine) or be diagnosed with malignant cancer(cancer is anaerobic, and loves sugar to eat), and one will soon regret their idiotic choices.

Too soon old; too late smart.

No, it would just improve their memory and working performance, not their overall intelligence.

1. Extremists think that thinking means agreeing with them.
2. There are three sides to every story: your side, my side, and the truth.
3. God is just a personification of reality, of pure objectivity.
