My doctor told me that my last bloodwork showed me to be in the pre-diabetic, or danger, zone, and that I needed to control my food.
So far, out of all the research I've done, I've only managed to fine one site with a vegan diabetic menu. Even tho I don't have diabetes yet, I'm going to follow a diabetic eating plan, and hopefully bring my blood levels down below the danger zone.
Anyone got any ideas? I'll be back to check in a few days. TIA.
