My sister-in-law will be 70 years old this year. Back in 2006, she was diagnosed with leukemia, and was in the hospital for seven days. She was given injections, each costing 1,800 yuan, and it didn't take long before the medical expenses had reached 6,000 yuan. Her financial situation is not very good, as her husband had already passed away. Staying in the hospital meant that her children had to go there to look after her and someone else had to look after their 90 year old grandmother, who lives with them. After seven days, my sister-in-law decided to leave the hospital and return home to look after her mother-in-law. She gave up on the medical treatment altogether.

Before checking out of the hospital the doctor warned her, "The amount of red blood cells in your body is close to zero. If you should decide to give up the treatment, we will not be held responsible if anything should happen to you." Nevertheless, my sister-in-law left and went home, as the treatment wasn't working anyway.

When she returned home I visited her regularly and repeatedly talked to her about the wonderfulness of Falun Gong. I also recommended that she start reciting "Falun Gong is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good," as doing so would definitely be good for her health. It is Master who save her.

That was the first time that I witnessed the magnificent power of Dafa. During the past ten years of cultivation, I have witnessed many such miracles.

Thank you Thoughts 2009.  The power of spirituality can be a blessing  when going through an illness.  I am happy for your sister-in-law doing  well and for all your family.
