I have been reading/listening about the navel center (the hara) and how it is important as it
is the "source" (when we are connected to our mother in the womb it nourishes us
for 9 months).
I understand that opening these centers must be natural and gradual, nothing can
be induced or hastened....
However are the opening of these centers synonymous of awakening? or simply
these centers will get open somewhat before a person is enlightened? Can anyone here tell?
