I have been having terrible insomnia and it's starting to take its' toll on me.  What I find particularly strange is I almost always wake up at 2:22 am no matter what time I go to bed.  Any thoughts?

Try checking out the Angels forum here on the site. There is a sticky toward the top of the threads on that forum titled "angel numbers". There the different meanings are listed for different number sequences. It might be interesting what you find there. Hope it sheds some light onto the mystery for you.

I eat very little processed foods.  I cook nutritious meals from scratch using small meat portions, whole grains, and lots of veggies.  My junk food is usually brown rice or other whole grain crackers with some cheese.  I walk about 20 minutes or more daily for exercise.  Nothing seems to help and my insomnia seems to grow worse with each passing day...and I have prayed for peaceful, restorative sleep.  I'm going to turn into a grump here pretty soon.  My psych meds could be the problem but I just recently regained emotional stability and I'm afraid to go off or change them.  It took a very long time to get my mood stabilized.
