Well Ive been on a diet lost from 361 to 324. Im too big to take beginnin yoga. However I found an 8 minute youtube video that has an 8 minute chair workout and actually I got a pretty hard strech out from it! I want to do it everyday a couple of times a day! But once I get down to 260 or 270 Ill take some easy yoga classes.

Good for you!  People don't realize what a good work-out one can get on a chair.  Just about every muscle can be stretched even while sitting!
