"my fifth month of being smoke free" You have overcome your major lifestyle obstacle! "weight thing is really weighing" I gained a couple of kilos. |

You are right. It was a life style. Now, what? KARMA, your up some; well at least I am not alone. The difference; I am up way up. Not a pretty picture by any stretch of the imagination. Speaking about streeech. I have stretched my clothes out to the max. Is a new wardrobe in the cards? Most certainly not. Just a new attitude; perhaps. Getting into sinc though seems almost an impossibility. one day at a time, Irene |

Come Aug, I will enter into my 9th month of stopping smoking. Still "weighed down". I see WW happening in the near future.

I don't think this whole thing has to do entirely with the fact that I stopped smoking. Then again, it could be. I read that most people gain a few pounds and appr 10% gain 30lbs or more. Just my luck to be amongst those who gained the most. How could I exspect anything differently when I have a history of being over-weight.
