I'm into my fifth month of being smoke free but the weight thing is really weighing me down.

You are right. It was a life style. Now, what?

KARMA, your up some; well at least I am not alone.

The difference; I am up way up. Not a pretty picture by any stretch of the imagination. Speaking about streeech. I have stretched my clothes out to the max.

Is a new wardrobe in the cards? Most certainly not. Just a new attitude; perhaps. Getting into sinc though seems almost an impossibility.

G'day iczbez:

"Now, what?"

This Saturday morning, I'm preparing to take my Bangladeshi neighbour to a guided nature walk.

Irene, I hope things are gong well.  My weight is climbing, too.  My asthma has been horrible.  Well, let's work on it.  Love you.

I don't think this whole thing has to do entirely with the fact that I stopped smoking.

Then again, it could be. I read that most people gain a few pounds and appr 10% gain 30lbs or more.Cry

Just my luck to be amongst those who gained the most.Surprised

How could I exspect anything differently when I have a history of being over-weight.
